Topcoat recently completed all interior and exterior painting on this LEED certified new home in Jericho. The LEED certification means that the design, building materials and finishes were chosen with a high level of documentation and a particular sensitivity to sustainability and environmental friendliness. We used Benjamin Moore's new zero VOC Natural paints and Waterborne Satin Impervo for the painted interior surfaces and Vermont Natural Coatings for the clear finishes on the stairs and exposed structural elements.
