The most important component involved is our employees. Currently, the men and women who paint for Topcoat are all college graduates. Each one is friendly, talented and extremely respectful. Hi Scott,
Marjan and I are very happy with the results of your power washing and staining of our cedar siding. The large areas of dark mildew/weathering amazingly were removed by the power wash with bleach, and the appearance essentially reverted to the original condition of our five year old house. We did not expect such a fine outcome, and now look forward to 5+ years of continued cedar preservation with minimal further maintenance. You have a fine crew of careful polite coworkers who paint neatly and did not cause any damage to the landscaping that surrounds most of our dwelling. Thanks again for doing such a wonderful job.
